May we, as beings and creators in the world, hold space for all people to feel connection, compassion, and vulnerability; and to be seen and empowered in their experience.

I recognize that this is not possible in a system of white supremacy. I recognize that my white body benefits from this system at the expense of Black and Brown people. I seek to dismantle this system in myself, in my relationships, in my work, and in my communities. I recognize that I have failed, I will fail, and I will keep doing the work.

I help people break down barriers of internalized oppression by tapping into their most resourceful, empowered, authentic, and visionary selves in order to overcome personal and professional challenges. Working together, with compassion and curiosity, we get clear on what is most important, what’s getting in the way, and what’s needed in order to create meaningful and sustainable change.
